Our Condominiums are privately owned and we are pleased to have them available to our members and guests. Maximum number of guest two bedroom unit (6) people and three bedroom units (8) people a $25 per person per night charge for over the maximum number of people. In order to make your visit more pleasant, please take time to read this important information.
CHECK IN, 3 PM // CHECK OUT 10 AM
Check out is at 10 AM. Late check outs must be requested by calling the front desk the day before departure no later than 11 PM. If a late check out is extended, then a late check out fee of $50 will be applied. Not all late check out requests can be granted. Any unit not vacated by 11 PM will be charged an additional night stay.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between the Renter and Maggie Valley Resort Management LLC (MVRM as Agent for Owner of the premises). Renter understands that the furnishings are privately owned and neither Agent nor Owner are responsible for any additional furnishings or equipment not presently on the premises. Renter agrees to pay and indemnify the Owner for any damage to the premises, furnishings, equipment, and household items, which occur during the occupancy, excluding normal wear. Rental understands their deposit may be forfeited as liquidated damages for loss of income due to early departure. Renter shall comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the premises, area, and community and to occupy in a manner so as not to disturb others. If Renter violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, Agent may terminate the Agreement and enter the premises. Upon termination, Renter shall vacate the premises immediately. Agent or authorized agent may enter the premises during customary business hours, such limitations not to apply in cases of emergency, for any purpose connected with the repair and care of the premises. Renter shall be responsible for the cost of lost linen and shall not smoke on the premises except on outside decks and corridors. There shall be no refund for early departure. Renter holds Agent and Owner harmless for damage or injury to Renter or to any person or property on the premises for any claim for damage no matter however caused. Renter certifies that they read this Agreement, that they are at least twenty-five (25) years of age and that the parties and school groups are prohibited.

$100 LOCK OUT FEE after hours // If you lock yourself out of your unit & MVC has to come unlock for you
$55 KEY LOSS FEE per key
$35 EXTRA CLEANING FEE will be charged if dishwasher is not loaded or trash not taken out
$50 CLEANING FEE should unit at departure require excessive cleaning and/or not left in the same condition as at the time of arrival
$25 ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE // per person per night charge for each guest over maximum amount of people per unit
Up to $150 PET FEE if it is found that a pet has been in a unit without consent from front desk
ALL CONDOS UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED ARE PET FREE & SMOKE FREE
NO DAILY HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES PROVIDED
Any charges incurred herein or any loss or damage to the property will be charged to the renter’s credit card.
