Updated Monday, March 23, 2020

The goal of the Maggie Valley Club is to err on the side of being cautious. We hope you will agree the changes in policies that we are now putting into place, effective immediately, are all for your well-being, health and safety. Our employees are well versed in these new rules and regulations.
  • Absolutely no members or guests will be permitted in any club venue or building except the restrooms in the Pin High lobby.
  • The Pin High Restaurant will take prepaid credit card or member charge orders for carry out over the phone from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm daily (dinner menu will be discontinued until further notice). Call (828) 926-4848 to place your prepaid order and to alert the staff when you are outside ready for pickup. No cash transactions.
  • The Golf Shop will be accepting prepaid credit card or member charge only for tee times. The Golf Shop will remain locked all day. Call (828) 926-6013 for tee times and questions. No cash transactions.
  • The Outside Service Attendants have been asked to follow the social distance guidelines and will continue to sanitize the golf cars before and after each use.
  • Single cart rule applies.
  • We ask that the flagstick remain in the hole during play.
  • The rakes have been removed; play preferred lies in all bunkers.
  • The Fitness Room is closed until further notice.
  • If you feel sick, STAY HOME.
We ask that you follow the CDC's recommendation of social distancing and to avoid gatherings. Let's work together to protect our health, the health of our families and the health of our staff. Please remain vigilant and continue to wash your hands regularly with hot water for 20 seconds, self-monitor, self quarantine if necessary and know that we are taking precautionary measures. Please follow the suggestions being shared by health experts. Try your best to stay healthy and keep your family healthy.

We would ask that if you or a guest who has visited the club tests positive for the Coronavirus that you contact the club and let us know so that we may then reevaluate the situation. This information will be kept confidential. We do not want to endanger the health of anyone, including our employees, members and guests.

We are taking all reasonable measures to ensure that the club remains as safe as possible from the virus, but ultimately each member and guest must decide whether or not it is in their best interests to come and enjoy the club.

We will be reviewing the situation on a regular basis, and these policies may change depending on circumstances. The health and well-being of our employees, members and guests are top priority. We will continue to keep you informed as we navigate the changes caused by the pandemic.

If you have questions, please contact General Manager Steve Wright, (828) 926-4840 or
